Desky has shut down. Here's where to go.
Desky stopped issuing licences and updates, and its users were asked to email support to try to retrieve their data. If that is you, we are sorry — it is a genuinely bad position to be put in.
What we do differently
- Export is a feature, not a favour. One click, any day, on every plan including Free — tickets, messages, customers, and articles as JSON, CSV, and Markdown.
- A public status page. Hosted independently of our own infrastructure, so it still works when we do not.
- Everything Desky gave you. Envato verification, email-to-ticket, knowledge base, departments-by-product.
- Plus AI drafts. Replies written from your own documentation, which no Envato-focused desk offers today.
Bringing your data across
If you recovered a Desky export, send it to us and we will help you import it. A self-serve importer is the next thing we are building.
